Pontoon boats are the optimum party boats, and eating and drinking are a favorite past time. We weren’t happy with “just” a grill hanging off our pontoon boat We scoured the internet for the perfect grill, we wanted something that could serve water and land purposes. We contacted multiple manufactures and finally found a grill to meet our needs and expectations. Now, to design and fabricate the Pontoon Boat Three in One Grilling Solution. It had to be easy to attach and remove from the pontoon boat rails with NO Screws, Nuts, Bolts, Glue, or HOLES TO DRILL.
To start, we used our patent-pending Pontoon Boat Twist N Lock Max Prep Table, made with easy-to-clean polypropylene and measuring, 30″ x 18″ x 1/2″. Then we added a spacious 22″ x 18″ Stainless Steel Grill with dual 10,000 BTU individually-controlled, self-igniting burners, 20,000 BTU total. The grill lid has a built-in 700 degree thermometer so you can monitor your cooking temperature with ease. The mega cooking surface measures 13″ x 20 ½” with easy-to-clean, dishwasher safe, stainless steel cooking grate. A few more added conveniences are, there’s plenty of room under the grill to rest your cooking utensils when you’re cooking, and a built-in paper plate dispenser to simplify serving the food to your guests.
I stated earlier that I wanted the grill to be multi-purpose… Equipt with spring-assisted travel locks on both sides of the grill and a large sturdy handle, which also serves as a carrying handle. Now simply, take four thumb-screws off the legs of the grill and remove the table section, replace the thumb-screws and you have four leveling screw feet. You now have a tailgating grill for your land-lovin events.
