This product works well and protects my boat. They should make the straps a foot longer. I put 2 together to make it work and improvised solutions for the other 2 spots.

Works but hard to install
Not sure why they designed it the way they did, but the straps should be attached to the fender. They are very difficult to attach to the piling while holding and bending the fender to fit the piling. Once installed it’s also difficult to pull the straps tight enough so it doesn’t slide down the piling. Once installed it works fine and protected our rail from scraping so if you can install it, you’ll enjoy it.

The option for various sizes would be nice. Slots at the edges for the straps to go through so they don't get dropped in the water while installing would be nice. Other than that very nice.

Good product with one recommendation
This was exactly what I was looking for to cover a pole that gets bumped quote frequently when parking the boat. Only thing I would change is putting ratchet straps in the package instead of what is provided. Why what is provided does the trick I think ratchet straps would work better!
I'm a Maine Registered Guide specializing in wilderness rowing expeditions along the Maine coast. I've depended on these beach rollers for years to safely secure our boats on shore each night. Two work well for our 21' boat. Sturdy enough to handle medium sized stones, which is a must on Maine's rocky coast. Also make great "pool" toys for relaxing in the water after a long day of rowing. :-)
